Shipping & Delivery

We are currently only shipping within the United States.

We ship Monday through Friday, and all orders are processed as quickly as possible once they are received. When the order has shipped, you will receive a notification email with your tracking number. 

Order Changes or Cancellation:

If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us at support@lifeblend.com as soon as possible. We will try our best to update the order before it ships or cancel the order to stop it from being processed by our fulfillment center. We process orders daily so we can guarantee timely shipping. 

Please note: we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already been shipped. You would need to return the package to us once it arrives. Please reference our Returns & Refunds Policy for more details. 

Damaged Items:

If the product is damaged during shipping, please report this to us via email at support@lifeblend.com within our 30-day money-back guarantee window.  

In the damaged item request, please include:

  1. Order Number
  2. Description of the product and damage
  3. Photos of damaged item

We will either send a replacement for the product or issue a full refund. If you wish to receive a refund, please reference our Returns & Refunds Policy. If we issue a refund, the amount would be credited to you within 10-business days after we have received the returned package.
